Proactive network management through effective sectorization to guide leak detection activities.
Consulting and support in deploying water access projects, from management to reporting.
WHY WORK TOGETHER
Realistic recommendations tailored to field constraints for measurable results.
With my international experience and language skills, I operate effectively in varied and complex environments.
From the initial diagnosis to solution implementation, I provide continuous follow-up to ensure sustainable results.
MY APPROACH
Rather than a long and theoretical study, I take a pragmatic approach: within a few days, I conduct a targeted analysis based on available data and the operator’s expertise.
I focus on the essentials to develop a concrete action plan with monitoring indicators, taking into account real-world constraints such as budget limitations, operational priorities, and other services.
My goal: To provide immediately applicable recommendations without wasting time on unnecessary details.
ABOUT ME
I am an engineering consultant specializing in the management and optimization of drinking water networks. With over 15 years of experience, I have developed deep expertise in diagnostics, pressure management, leak detection, and asset management, working in both France and internationally.
My career includes major projects and complex network management missions in various contexts (Indonesia, Algeria, Côte d’Ivoire, Haiti, Australia…), allowing me to acquire strong skills in loss reduction (NRW) and network management.
My approach is characterized by rigorous and tailored analysis, cross-functional project management, and a long-term commitment to providing customized solutions that meet each client’s challenges.
KEY NETWORK PROJECTS
2016 - 2021
Diagnosis and implementation of a cross-functional strategy to reduce Non-Revenue Water, global sectorization reorganization, and optimization of the pressure control valve system.
2015
Detailed pre-project for implementing a pressure modulation zone covering 300 to 450 km of network.
Economic analysis to optimize ROI and define the coverage area.
2016
Detailed preliminary design for reducing pressure in a multi-entry zone, aiming to optimize intermittent distribution, reduce losses, and improve service to higher areas in Yopougon.
2014
Optimization of the Port-au-Prince network management to maximize distributed volumes. Diagnosis of macro-metering sites and action plan for service improvement.
2014
Design, sizing, project management, and commissioning of France’s first multi-entry closed-loop regulated pressure zone.
2008 - 2010
In partnership with the World Bank, project management of the GPOBA initiative, providing drinking water access to over 5,000 underprivileged households.
In partnership with the NGO MercyCorps, deployment of sanitation units to ensure a complete water cycle.
